A wall curved of RC structure, extended from existing building structure, is attached to the Void as it wraps around the cylinder, will be extension portion. Shape of the extension is induced to belong to the Void that was generated by built down. By extension, the entire building is configured to expand the wall curved, around the void of the shape of the cylinder.
